Basic activity of "CERMA Consulting" Ltd. is a consulting service of enterprises existing in Georgia and training of managers. The company was established in December 17, 2002 by leading consultants and managers of "CERMA" (Center for Enterprise Restructuring and Management Assistance was created in June 1997, by the World Bank and European Commission, for development support of private enterprises existing in Georgia).

"CERMA Consulting" started its activity in this year. The company suggests following consulting services to Georgian enterprises: enterprise restructuring, management of crisis, marketing researches, formulation of marketing plan, creation of managerial and accounting systems, management of operations, management of personnel, management of quality, preparation of business plans and training of managers.

Company has implemented following training programs:
Training of MBG Bank employees in relation with its clients;

Training courses in general management for regional managers of irrigation center;
Training of middle-level managers of MBG Bank in general management;

Cerma Consulting implemented "Training and Consultations Component of the State Program on Employment of Registered Unemployed Persons";
